About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the position of Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide critical support to the marketing department by assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and appointments for CMO.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas and minutes.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of CMO.
