Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our apprenticeship program. The successful candidate will coordinate training programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide support to stakeholders.

About the Role
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing balanced training programs, establishing schedules, and tracking progress. You will also ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and regulations, maintain documentation, and conduct audits. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between all stakeholders, providing support and addressing concerns. Your administrative tasks will include managing registration, processing allowances, maintaining attendance and performance records, and handling paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop balanced training programs and establish schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders.
  • Manage registration and process allowances.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, HR, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in program coordination or a related field is required. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software.
