The Executive - Vendor & Business Management role plays a vital part in the overall success of Genting Malaysia's operations. Reporting directly to the Vice President, this position is responsible for controlling general administration, billings, and goods receiving. Additionally, it involves performing sensitive and confidential administrative support functions while maintaining compliance with organizational procedures and policies.

Main Accountabilities
  • Manage Payment Requisitions: Review delivery orders and invoices to ensure they are acknowledged and approved for payment. Prepare payment requisitions and submit invoices to Finance for payment.
  • Coordinate Purchase Requisitions: Raise purchase requisitions via Ariba Buyer, ensuring all requisitions have justification and Section Heads' approval. Follow up on PR approvals until completion.
  • Assist with Administration: Assist staff with hotel room bookings and air ticket reservations. Circulate directives and policies to personnel as needed. Maintain office stationery stock levels and staff refreshments.
  • Execute Ad-Hoc Projects: Complete ad-hoc projects as required.
