Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Client Services Team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our Client Account Management Team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our clients.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Document Preparation: Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for client account managers.
  • Database Management: Organize and maintain client files, records, and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communication Support: Provide administrative support to client account managers, including coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct research and analysis to support the development of client strategies, preparing key performance indicators reports as needed.
