Job Summary:This role will provide administrative support to the HR department, handling various tasks such as managing cash flow records, supporting with urgent tasks, organizing appointments, and writing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets for reporting purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
