Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Daekyo Malaysia Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in administration tasks, data entry for the Finance Department, and preparing various financial and administrative reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration Tasks: Assist in daily office operations, manage files and documents, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into the SQL accounting system, including transactions, payments, and other financial information.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Requirements
  1. Diploma or degree holder in Accounting or equivalent field.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
