About the Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Professional. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative and organisational support to our team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain our high standards of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing general administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assisting with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Liaising with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed to address inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Supporting the team with project-based work and special initiatives as required.
  • Contributing to the overall positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in where needed.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
