We are building a dynamic organization and seeking a proactive Junior HR & Admin Executive to support various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
  2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and update records as needed; prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  4. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
  5. Monitor, maintain, and update staff attendance, overtime, leaves, probation, confirmation, onboarding and offboarding, personnel mobility, and employment status.
  6. Process monthly payroll computation for employees.
  7. Track and process employee reimbursements and claims.
  8. Ensure a welcoming work environment and smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  9. Manage inventory of office supplies and pantry.
  10. Organize employee engagement programs, events, and team-building activities.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Studies, Administrative Management, or any related field.

  • Fully fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Word and Excel.
