Administrative Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the company. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives, and provide expert advice and guidance on administrative matters.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
* Maintaining accurate records and databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made
* Providing expert advice and guidance on administrative matters, and implementing process improvements where possible
* Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* A bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent, with a focus on administration or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
