**About the Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Operations Coordinator to join our team at UNIMED SDN BHD.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for administration, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-ups.
  • Assist the Managing Director in brainstorming ideas, implementing strategies, and monitoring progress on key initiatives.
  • Support cross-departmental projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or other related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
