Job Function

The Finance Data and Administration Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the finance department at AIMS Data Centre. This role involves managing financial data, analyzing trends, and providing administrative support to the finance team.

Main Tasks

• Reconcile discrepancies in financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation in contracts.
• Assist in preparing payable documents and vendor registration matters.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including daily operational duties and ad-hoc projects.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• An Associate's Degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and computerized accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
