Administrative Finance Coordinator

At AIMS Data Centre, we are seeking a skilled Finance Data and Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial data, analyzing trends, and providing administrative support to the finance department.
Main Duties
• Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Reconcile discrepancies in financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation in contracts.
• Assist in preparing payable documents and vendor registration matters.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including daily operational duties and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
• An Associate's Degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and computerized accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
