Office and Administrative Support Specialist

At Sabre BTS, we're looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Office and Administrative Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and supporting our workshop programs.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, efficient, and has excellent communication skills. As an Office and Administrative Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of our office administration, including reception duties, mail handling, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to our teams, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
- Manage our office inventory, including stationery, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops and events, including preparing materials, booking venues, and arranging logistics.
- Support the setup and delivery of virtual programs, including operating recording devices and communicating with clients.
- A minimum Diploma holder or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
