Office Administration Support Associate

This job is an Office Administration position where you'll handle everyday tasks like filing, answering phones and purchasing supplies. You might enjoy this role because it offers variety and helps keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, etc.
- Purchasing office stationery, operations materials & beverages.
- Assisting in simple accounting works including verifying payments and claims, issuing invoices, preparing weekly payment vouchers, creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Providing administrative support and performing any other tasks or assignments as may be requested by management from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School qualification in any field.
- Required Skills: Computer literate, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Able to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision and work beyond regular working hours if required to meet timelines and objectives.
