About the Role
  • Support the Managing Director/Regional Director/Business Director with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient operations.
  • Prepare statistical information, including targets and budgets, to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Participate in management and strategy meetings, contributing valuable insights and ideas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration for all new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate office management, document processing, filing, and correspondence, maintaining accurate records and high-quality standards.
  • Provide operational support through compliance reporting, league tables, statistical trends, and analysis, as requested by senior management.
People Management and Facilities
  • Direct, supervise, and monitor the workflow of office administration staff, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Monitor leave and attendance of all administration staff, documenting and managing leave effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
