Durioo+ is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team with a strong background in email marketing, SEO blog writing, and social media copywriting. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and social media management, and who is keen on driving engagement and growth through innovative content and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess deep knowledge of various email marketing platforms and digital funnels to boost our paying subscribers, digital presence, and user engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Growing Subscribers:
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract new subscribers and retain existing ones.
    • Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior and preferences to tailor marketing campaigns that drive subscriptions.
    • Optimize onboarding processes to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.
    • Design and refine the digital marketing funnel to effectively guide potential customers from awareness through to subscription.
    • Employ A/B testing to improve funnel efficiency and increase the conversion rate at each step.
    • Familiarity with web design and publishing such as Wordpress, Elementor, and others.
  • Creating Growth Engines:
    • Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to increase the visibility of Durioo+ content on search engines, driving organic growth.
    • Collaborate with content creators and influencers within the Muslim community to generate engaging content that aligns with the values of the target audience.
    • Harness the power of social proof by showcasing testimonials and endorsements from credible figures within the community.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Design email marketing campaigns to engage with subscribers by providing updates, educational content, and personalized recommendations.
    • Segment email lists based on user behavior and preferences to tailor messages and increase relevancy.
    • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Sendgrid, Flodesk, Uscreen, Notion, or similar.
  • Content Creation - Blogs and Social Media:
    • Regularly produce and disseminate engaging blog posts that highlight the educational and value-based aspects of Durioo+ programming.
    • Manage social media platforms, creating and scheduling content that promotes interaction and enhances community building.
    • Use social media analytics tools to track engagement metrics and optimize social media strategy.
    • Excellent knowledge of Meta Business (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices.
  • Copywriting:
    • Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials, including advertisements, website copy, and promotional emails, ensuring they resonate with diverse Muslim audiences globally.
    • Ensure all copy is in line with Islamic values and the educational goals of Durioo+.
    Requirements:

This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to explore and capitalize on new growth opportunities while ensuring that all marketing activities align with the brand's mission of providing safe, educational, and engaging content for Muslim children globally.

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Copywriter, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Meta Business (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Sendgrid, Flodesk, Uscreen, Notion, or similar.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing such as Wordpress, Elementor, and others.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Strong experience in managing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field, or at least 2 years experience in the field.
