  • Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and a basic understanding of content trends in beauty.
  • Interest in learning and applying design tools like Canva and basic Adobe Photoshop to support visual content.

  • Creative mindset with an authentic interest in skincare and cosmetics storytelling.
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to skill development.

Responsibilities:1) Content Creation Support:
  • Assist in producing engaging and visually appealing content across platforms, focusing on the cosmetics and skincare line.
  • Conduct research on skincare and beauty trends to help develop relevant, targeted content that resonates with audiences.
  • Create product-focused posts and visual content that showcases product benefits and builds brand affinity.
2) Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay updated with beauty industry trends, skincare routines, and cosmetics influencer content to help generate fresh content ideas.
  • Regularly monitor competitor brands and skincare trends to understand audience preferences and engagement strategies.
3) Editing and Proofreading:
  • Proofread and assist in editing content drafts, ensuring they are on-brand and meet basic quality standards for accuracy and clarity.
  • Learn to apply brand voice, tone, and style that resonates with cosmetics and skincare enthusiasts.
4) Content Ideation and Brainstorming:
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas for product promotions, skincare tips, and beauty hacks.
  • Assist in creating a basic content calendar for social media posts, learning how to schedule around product launches and campaigns.
5) Project and Task Management:
  • Manage smaller content tasks, such as product photoshoots, Instagram stories, and basic blog entries, learning to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Adapt to changing priorities, managing ad-hoc assignments to support the marketing team.
6) Collaboration and Learning:
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and brand managers, learning to communicate effectively and participate in content planning.
  • Attend training sessions on brand strategy, product positioning, and the cosmetics market to deepen industry understanding.
7) Adaptability and Flexibility:
  • Be open to feedback and willing to adapt content based on team input and audience response.
