Requirement:

  • At least 3 years working experience in accounts, secretarial and administration related works.
  • Independent. Able to work under minimum supervision. Multi-tasking.
  • Experience using UBS SAGE accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work in Puchong.

Job Description:

  • Handle full set of accounts (preferable with knowledge of UBS accounting system & e-invoicing).
  • Review and reconcile accounts, invoice billing, processing payments and receipts, AR, AP.
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and documentation (including scanning documents).
  • Document filing and detail-oriented individual.
  • Oversee operations & finances during the absence of reporting manager.
  • Assist with daily operations and undertake special assignments & ad-hoc tasks.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision.
  • Manage and update daily employee schedule to ensure smooth operations.
  • Document scheduling processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Make necessary adjustments to the schedule based on supervisor's instructions.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
