Account cum Admin

Maintain accounting books and records.
Prepare and update payment checklists.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain monthly account schedules.
Assist with audits and year-end account preparation.
Issue and check invoices, debit/credit notes, and other documentation.
Record, bank in, and issue official receipts.
Monitor account receivable and payable.
Administrative tasks:
Maintain proper filing systems.
Assist with general administrative paperwork.
Answer phone calls.
Purchase office supplies.
Engage service providers.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate internal training.
Assist with company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.
Other tasks:
Assist with government matters, such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.
Record and maintain leave management, weekly reports, and staff benefits.
Sort and process staff claims.
Assist with the requisition of office stationeries, stocks, and petty cash.
