  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is commonly preferred.

2. Competencies [Functional / Technical and Soft Skills]

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources and administrative roles.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Conducting interviews and coordinating the hiring process.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on Human Resources related matters.
  • Developing and implementing employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems and managing employee performance improvement plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with all labour laws, regulations, and the Employment Act.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
