TAI CHUANG FOOD MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of our administrative functions and providing support to our wider business. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to make a meaningful impact within our growing company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Carry out tasks assigned by the Executive Chairman.
  2. Manage and coordinate all office administrative activities.
  3. Assist in personnel recruitment and labor management to ensure the company complies with local labor regulations, salary and welfare policies.
  4. Financial and budget management: Assist in handling daily financial management of the factory.

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in an office management or administrative supervisory role, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry.
  2. Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suite and any relevant administrative systems.
  5. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve office efficiency.
  6. A thorough understanding of office management best practices and relevant regulations.
  7. Can speak Chinese, English and Malay.
  8. Requires driving ability.
