Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretarial and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Office Pen N Paper. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our directors and management team, as well as assisting in various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide efficient administrative support, including preparing reports, updating records, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Providing general administrative support, including purchasing, logistics, and answering phone calls.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • A degree in Secretarial Studies or related field would be advantageous.
  • Experience in office administration and customer service would be highly valued.
