Responsibilities
  • Managing product delivery scheduling between factories and customers.
  • Facilitating factory's sample shipments & documentation preparation.
  • Co-ordination and preparation of Sales / Purchase documentation.
  • Co-ordinating, and scheduling between customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Order processing covering Purchase and Sales.
  • Attend and provide prompt response to customers enquiries via emails and phone calls.
  • Provide administrative support to sales team such as customer return (RMA).
  • Support Sales team / Lead in planning and coordination of stock and/or consignment related orders.
  • Updating the status of sales order and customers stock planning file and internal records.
Invoicing, Shipping and Transport Arrangements
  • Ensure all documents / transactions are posted into system in timely and accurately.
  • Arrange and follow up deliveries with warehouse and transportation companies.
  • Ensure all transactions comply to company policies, workflows.
  • Resolve and report for any issue and discrepancy on delivery / shipment.
Documentations
  • Create and ensure an effective filing system for Sales coordinators documentation in timely and accurate manner.
  • With accordance to the required workflow, documentation is to be done in timely and accurate manner (such as Permit correctness, Invoice, B/L, AWB etc.).
  • Managing of L/C customers payment related negotiation with banks.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents for month end closure.
  • Maintain timely and accurate efiling of documentation.
  • Resolve and report for any issue and discrepancy arises in documentation.
Requirement
  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of Sales Operation related experience.
Additional Information
  • Working hours & day: Monday to Friday. 0830hrs to 1730hrs.
