58566Non-ExecutiveASSISTANCE COORDINATORThe Assistance Coordinator supports the Assistance Operations Department to deliver services to the client's and subscribers of Allianz Partners (AzP).
Responsibilities include:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and correspondences for AzP and AzP client services.
- Provide assistance to clients as necessary by taking required actions to arrange services and benefits according to subscriber's needs and policy coverage.
- Document all conversations, correspondence, and actions into the case management system.
- Work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling.
- Shift timings: 24 hours rotational basis
- Work from home/work from office/hybrid: Work from office
