The Assistance Coordinator supports the Assistance Operations Department to deliver services to the client's and subscribers of Allianz Partners (AzP).

Responsibilities include:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and correspondences for AzP and AzP client services.
  2. Provide assistance to clients as necessary by taking required actions to arrange services and benefits according to subscriber's needs and policy coverage.
  3. Document all conversations, correspondence, and actions into the case management system.
  4. Work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling.
  • Shift timings: 24 hours rotational basis
  • Work from home/work from office/hybrid: Work from office
