Minimum Qualifications:
- A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (other languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:- Assist in daily operations, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Support in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to supervisors.
- Handle email correspondence, prepare meeting materials, and document meeting minutes.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to assigned tasks.
- Arrange travel itineraries, meeting schedules, and necessary materials for the team.
- Ensure all logistical needs for projects or events are addressed.
- Address operational challenges promptly and propose effective solutions.
