Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (other languages are a plus).
  • Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
  • Assist in daily operations, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Project Coordination:
  • Support in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to supervisors.
Communication Management:
  • Handle email correspondence, prepare meeting materials, and document meeting minutes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to assigned tasks.
Logistics Coordination:
  • Arrange travel itineraries, meeting schedules, and necessary materials for the team.
  • Ensure all logistical needs for projects or events are addressed.
Problem-Solving:
  • Address operational challenges promptly and propose effective solutions.
