To support the Quantity Surveyor and Contract Manager in the preparation, compilation, and management of contract documentation, procurement activities, and administrative support for tendering, progress claims, and project-related correspondence. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth coordination between the commercial and project teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contract Administration & Support
  1. Assist in the preparation and review of contract documents, subcontractor agreements, and tender submissions.
  2. Support contract negotiations and correspondence with subcontractors and suppliers.
  3. Track and monitor contract variations, extension of time (EOT) requests, and change orders.
  4. Maintain organized records of contract documents, payment certificates, and contract-related correspondence.
  5. Coordinate with quantity surveyors and project managers to ensure alignment between contract terms and site execution.
  6. Assist the Contract Manager and Senior Engineer with tender documentation, quotation requests, and procurement tasks.
Project & Documentation Support
  1. Assist in project monitoring, contract administration, and compilation of technical documentation.
  2. Support the preparation of progress claims, variation orders, and relevant project correspondence.
  3. Prepare and manage reports, letters, and other project-related documents.
  4. Schedule and confirm appointments on behalf of the Project Manager.
General Duties
  1. Support daily administrative functions related to ongoing construction projects.
  2. Perform any other tasks or functions assigned by the company from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant working experience in contract administration or commercial support within a construction environment preferred.
