  • Walk through with users to resolve their technical issues.
  • Manage ticketing system.
  • Manage and update IT asset records.
  • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
  • Assist in ad-hoc IT related projects.
  • Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
  • Good understanding of mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Knowledge of both MS Windows and Mac OS X environments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to translate end-users requirements. Ability to clearly communicate, interpret, and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical users at various levels.
  • Mandarin and Cantonese Language is a MUST.
