Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries/ feedback and resolve complaints from existing and new customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships to expand our client base.
  • Support the Marketing Manager and Managing Director in various Sales & Marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and foster strong relationships between our company and customers for mutual success.
  • Gather insights on customer and competitor activities to improve our strategies.
  • Ensure timely payment collections from customers to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Execute tasks assigned by the Section Head and other senior management.
  • Act as the main liaison for assigned customers, handling order reception, entry, scheduling, delivery negotiations (internally and externally), shipment arrangements, pricing, invoicing, payment collection, cargo claims, consignment billing, and management.
  • Coordinate with transporters, forwarders, and agents on all shipping and delivery matters to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Verify that billing invoices from transporters, forwarders, and agents are received on time and align with their quotations.
  • Collaborate with customers on forecasts, pricing, payment collections, and support order delivery schedules, shipping arrangements, invoicing, and cargo claims when customer service encounters issues.
  • Assist both overseas and local sales teams with various support tasks as needed.
  • Provide customer service through regular visits.
  • Support the company's objectives in daily tasks and carry out assignments from supervisors, department heads, and higher management.
  • Continuously seek to improve the overall quality of the company through innovative ideas and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Certification/ Diploma in any field
  • Preferably 2-3 years' experience in a sales role
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as the candidate will be required to liaise with customers from China and Taiwan.
  • Skills required: Strong mathematics skills, Proficient in computer applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), good communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good customer service & marketing skills, strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of quality systems.
