Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with our colleague from China).
  • Have own transport and willing to travel to customer sites.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Capability to work in a team and willing to travel.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting, technical support, installation, and commissioning of machines, ancillary equipment, and other technical solutions involving software and automation systems.
  • Conduct customer orientation and technical training for user application on all elements of equipment maintenance assistance.
  • Prepare field service reports on customer support activity and document recurring problems to other supporting units.
  • Undertake any responsibilities assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
