About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at the Samling Home Products Sdn Bhd office in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage staff welfare and benefits (meals, accommodation, transport, insurance, medical/dental, leave).
  • Oversee passport and levy renewals for foreign workers and expatriates, ensuring timely payments.
  • Monitor and renew company licenses, work permits, contracts, and insurance.
  • Administer payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, and income tax.
  • Handle worker recruitment, training, and orientation.
  • Coordinate repatriation for foreign workers.
  • Assist with industrial accident insurance claims.
  • Address disciplinary issues, grievances, and provide counseling when needed.
  • Liaise with government bodies like Immigration, Consulate, and Labor Department.
  • Maintain and update employee records (personal data, benefits, attendance, etc.).
  • Ensure confidentiality in all HR matters.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Business Management, HR Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment law.
  • Experience in the full spectrum of HR.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
