Job Responsibility

Administration

To submit monthly progress reports, including analysis, on compensation and benefits, on employee and industrial relations and any other areas within the scope.
To handle Group Hospitalize & Surgical insurance and Personal Accident insurance; insurance claims and reporting, and SOCSO claim.
To maintain proper records, both in the system as well as hard copies, of all employees.
To prepare monthly HR reports
To prepare all HR related letters to employees.
To monitor employees’ confirmation and to notify Heads of Department.
To be absolutely responsible for all leave records, both physical and in the system, for all employees
Managing employee benefits utilization such as overtime, salary, allowances, leaves, time-off & medical benefits as per Employee Handbook.
Process and follow up appointments, reassignments, promotions and other HR decisions which generate personnel administration actions in a timely and thorough way.
Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
Employee attendance management
To represent the Manager, HRA when necessary in all negotiations with the labour office, industrial relations department and other related bodies and maintaining interests in new ideas of human resource management

**Recruitment**:
To plan and implement recruitment efforts, by identifying the correct strategies for the different positions.
To coordinate with the advertising agencies, online recruitment agencies, employment agencies as and when necessary.
To create, manage, and continuously update a database of all job applicants.
To ensure that recruitment is in line with the recruitment plan.

Training & Development

Staff training & development monitoring.
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
Sourcing of training vendors and suppliers
Implementation and administration of all training programs in the plan
Handle various training grants such as HRDF
Monitor, measure and review the effectiveness of training activities including taking charge of the pre and post training evaluations
Updating and maintenance of training records
Assist in compilation of training statistics and reports whenever is needed
Advise management on resolution of employee relations issues

Welfare and Employee Relation

Provide counselling to problematic employee and prepare disciplinary letter.
Prepare documents on industrial accident to government body; Socso Department.
Issue uniform, computer notebook for employees.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrolment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Must possess minimum 3 years working experience preferably as an Executive within the HR department or similar capacity.
Excels at operating in a fast pace; ability to work under pressure.
Interested to learn with growth mindset.
Good in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
Able to work overtime as needed.
Able to travel if required.
Salary Range

RM 2800 to RM 4000
