A. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities – preparing offer letters, forms, and orientation materials.
  • Create and update employee files and HR database.

B. HR Operations & Administration

  • Handle HR documentation such as letters, memos, contracts, and staff records.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll preparation (if required).
  • Support HR filing, data entry, document organisation, and HRIS updates.

C. Training & Development

  • Assist in coordinating training sessions, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Maintain training records and attendance lists.
  • Help prepare training materials and evaluation forms.

D. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support company events, staff activities, and employee engagement programmes.
  • Assist in handling employee enquiries and simple HR-related matters.
  • Help communicate HR policies, guidelines, and updates to staff.

E. Reporting & Compliance

  • Assist in preparing HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance summary).
  • Support compliance activities related to HR processes and documentation.
  • Ensure HR practices follow company policies and confidentiality standards.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM5,122.68 per month
