Tanggungjawab Utama

  • Urus dokumentasi syarikat (invois, resit, laporan jualan, kontrak).
  • Pantau stok, buat pesanan supplier & pastikan operasi restoran lancar.
  • Susun jadual staf, rekod kehadiran & urus dokumen HR.
  • Urus komunikasi rasmi syarikat (call, WhatsApp, email).
  • Bantu urus tempahan catering & bulk order.
  • Simpan database pelanggan & supplier.
  • Bantu persediaan pembukaan cawangan baru (dokumen, supplier, staf).
  • Sediakan laporan ringkas untuk pengurusan & jadi penghubung antara bos, staf & vendor.

Kriteria Calon

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma (bidang berkaitan kelebihan).

  • Mahir asas komputer (Word, Excel, Google Sheet).

  • Ada pengalaman admin/HR/operations dalam F&B adalah bonus besar.

  • Rajin, teliti & mampu bekerja tanpa pengawasan rapat.

  • Mempunyai komunikasi yang baik & sikap profesional.

  • Jujur, amanah & bertanggungjawab.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
