Job description

The Accounts and Admin Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, processing payroll, and assisting with various administrative tasks as they arise. The ideal candidate will have a fair background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting
  • Experience in using SQL Accounting and Payroll system
  • Process invoices, and handle accounts payable/receivable
  • Manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments for employees

  • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

  • Administrative Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document filing, managing company records, and handling ad hoc administrative needs.

  • Support HR-related tasks, such as tracking leave and maintaining employee records.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and reliability.
  • Basic/ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL Accounting software
