About the role

Are you a driven Account Executive seeking to grow your career with a dynamic and expanding company? Fiori (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced professional to join our accounting team in this pivotal full-time role, based at our office in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full set of accounts, including preparation of management accounts, month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Handle all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, credit note, debit note, and e-invoices. To ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Prepare and coordinate audit schedules and documentation for external auditor.
  • Maintain proper filing of all financial and administrative records.
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, banks, and government agencies as needed.
  • Provide administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Degree or Professional Certification in Accounting
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as AutoCount and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • A responsible, self-motivated and detail-oriented person
