Job description:

  • Responsible for all human resources functions of the entire organization
  • Responsible for payroll
  • Responsible for Foreign worker requirement such as renewal permit
  • Lead and manage the human resources activities according to the organization's values and culture - in alignment with the Company's business strategy
  • Plan, direct and administer all aspects of human resources including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, career planning, performance appraisal, and compensation & benefits
  • Manage the recruitment processes by attracting, screening and shortlisting the right candidates for the required vacancies
  • Serve as a bridge between the Management and the employees in order to maintain company synergy and achieve the best results
  • Review existing HR processes and proactively propose and implement new improvement initiatives
  • Suggest new ways of working to improve digitization and effectiveness of the HR functions
  • Review, formulate, develop and implement HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Act as a contact point for enquirers related to the Company's HR policies, and to ensure all day-to-day HR matters are managed in accordance with the company's employee handbook and relevant labor laws
  • Oversee and manage all activities related to the timely preparation of payroll and foreign worker-related issues
  • Manage disciplinary issues and employee grievances, while acting as an intermediary between the Company and the Labor / Industrial Relations offices
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resources or equivalent

At least 3-4 years of working experience in related position

Good command of English and BM in both written and spoken

Knowledgeable in Employment Act and Malaysia government statutory regulations

Ability to multi-task while working under tight deadlines

Ability of work independently as part of a team

Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality

Excellent writing, communication skill, analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to advise management on human resources issues

Being meticulous, detailed, well organized and a team player
