Telesales Executive

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote our IT products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Achieve consistent sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements:

  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proven sales experience in a corporate or B2B environment (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
