We are seeking an ambitious and driven Telesales Executive to join our team at AddOn Systems Singapore. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our IT products and services to potential and existing customers.
About the Role
- You will conduct outbound sales calls to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base.
- Your primary goal is to achieve consistent sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
- You will work closely with our marketing team to proactively follow up on leads generated through campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as you will be interacting with customers at all levels.
