Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing sales support to all sales channels of direct sales teams.
  • To provide centralized administration and operation support for sales hubs nationwide.
  • To track and provide reports for coaching and counselling and performance improvement plans conducted by sales managers.
  • To support and assist in tracking all sales, cross-selling processes, and customer complaint management.
  • To perform tasks to support sales management as required from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree/university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in a similar role in sales management and in financial institutions.
  • Good in operation and administrative management.
  • Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
