Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing sales support to all sales channels of direct sales teams.
- To provide centralized administration and operation support for sales hubs nationwide.
- To track and provide reports for coaching and counselling and performance improvement plans conducted by sales managers.
- To support and assist in tracking all sales, cross-selling processes, and customer complaint management.
- To perform tasks to support sales management as required from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree/university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in a similar role in sales management and in financial institutions.
- Good in operation and administrative management.
- Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
