  • Achieve sales targets consistently through efficient and effective selling activities to pharmacies.
  • Build and maintain close business relationships with customers by understanding their needs and effectively communicating product benefits.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, including merchandising with chained and independent pharmacies.
  • Develop actionable and measurable sales plans through sales report analysis and market intelligence.
  • Participate in business development plans to facilitate business expansion.
  • Conduct in-service training sessions for pharmacists and outlet staff regarding product features and placement.
  • Maintain inventory by restocking shelves and recording inventory levels.
  • Assist with special promotions by setting up displays and checking promotional price tags.
  • Complete call reports by observing display and pricing of competitors' products using the Company's software.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in handling skincare products or dealing with pharmacies is an advantage.
  • Possess own transportation with a valid driving license as the position requires travel.
  • Must be a self-starter, resourceful, outgoing, results-oriented, with good sales and communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
  • Salary range includes allowances and commission.
