What You Will Do
  1. Managing Distribution partners KPIs & performance to meet management expectation
  2. Achieve and exceed quarterly/yearly sales targets
  3. In collaboration with Sales leaders, develop a clear plan for the region involving engagement with distribution partners & customers
  4. Work with regional distribution branches and distribution Product Managers to develop strategies to develop & grow Mass Market customers
  5. Explore and identify all opportunities where NEXPERIA could provide efficient solutions
  6. Taking ownership for relevant Key Performance Indicators and driving corrective actions if required
  7. Understanding the customer's business strategy, opportunities and issues
  8. Understanding formal & informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at the customer and developing relationship strategies to improve NEXPERIA's position at the account
  9. Representing and conveying the customer's needs internally at NEXPERIA, and ensuring adequate priorities are set in order to execute against their needs
  10. Gathering and communicating market/competitor information into the organization
  11. Conduct technical trainings & seminar for Distribution partners & customers
  12. Analysis on POA/POS/Inventory
What You Will Need
  1. BE/B.Tech in Electronics or equivalent experience
  2. More than 10 years experience in semiconductor / electronics component industry
  3. Technical Engineering background
  4. Good knowledge of Discrete Semiconductors including MOSFETs, ESD protection, LOGIC, IGBT, Gate Driver etc.
  5. Proven track record of technical sales and account management
  6. Candidate with experience in Distribution/managing Distribution desired
  7. Candidate with regional exposure preferred with the ability for regional travel
  8. Independent & ability to take initiative
  9. Working in Home office environment
  10. Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
  11. Very strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  12. Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with all levels of the customers' engineering team
