Job Purpose

  • Executes marketing initiatives with the objective to achieve target for GMBIS.

The Role:

  • Process all payments for the Division in compliance with company's procurement guidelines and within timeline.
  • Track and report sales and marketing performance by developing dashboards, monitoring trends, and providing reports to facilitate business development to drive sales and improvement.
  • Keep management informed by preparing operational reports and sales figures appropriately.
  • Conduct after sales services support that includes attending to agents and customers' enquiries, forms management, schemes setup, and managing partner's invoices, commissions, and operational related matters.
  • Maintain quality customer service support while addressing claims and nomination requests from customers.
  • Maintain work process flow by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments; participating with and providing resources to the new business team.
  • Provide marketing support to Group & Digital Affinity marketers that includes cross-selling and acquiring new customers via both traditional and digital channels.
  • Manage Division daily administrative work.
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

The Person:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree and above in any discipline and/or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and hands-on support for the marketing team.
  • Candidates are required to be highly meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build good working relationships with all levels.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability for work, and maintains a good attitude towards teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve the current state of things and is adaptable to embrace new changes.
