We are hiring a Senior Executive, Media Planning in the planning team who ideally has skills/experience in a digital media apart from mainstream media. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing creative & effective communication campaigns, which are grounded in strategy and insights to drive our client's business ambitions.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Manager.

Measures of success –

In 3 months :

  1. Been up to speed with cutting edge proprietary planning tools as well as able to extract & analyze important data; validating our recommendations.
  2. You would have a pulse of the business category & knowledge of competitive frame.
  3. Worked on moderate scaled live campaigns.
  4. Have initiated contact with key media partners and understood the baseline of their offerings particularly digital.
  5. Connected with internal specialist & external stakeholders units to integrate solutions.

In 6 months:

  1. Been able to comprehend and apply our proprietary planning framework model in key campaigns.
  2. You would have landed live; larger scaled campaigns.
  3. You will have started to build relationships with the key decision makers within the current client portfolio.
  4. Mastered a flawless media execution process, working alongside various stakeholders.

In 12 months:

  1. Developed strong category acumen – from a media and business point of view.
  2. Identify a pipeline of commercially viable solutions to support our clients goals.
  3. Have created & executed a pipeline of exciting business building ideas which could potentially be industry award winning.

Responsibilities of the role:

  1. Respond to / follow up on clients campaign briefs and requests received, and working alongside the team.
  2. Orchestrate/support the inputs from the strategy, implementation and specialist teams to develop innovative, business building solutions for clients.
  3. Manage the planning, execution and post mortem of the campaigns briefed in.
  4. Engage with specialist partners to drive commercially viable media solutions.
  5. Build trusted, meaningful relationships with clients, as well as relevant internal & external stakeholders.

What you will need:

  1. Curious & willing to learn with passion in order to leverage opportunities from challenger to leading brands.
  2. Strong analytical skills, balancing a macro view and the little details that matter.
  3. Excellent personal/organizational management.
  4. Good interpersonal & social relations.
  5. Experience in handling marketing campaigns which have a digital infused whilst eager to integrate them seamlessly with mainstream media.
  6. Strong understanding of the cultural and consumer trends that are changing the media landscape.
  7. Minimum 2 – 3 years in media/digital/marketing experience.
