Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Media Planning Manager to join our team of experts. As a key member of our media planning department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic media plans that drive business results for our clients. Your primary objective will be to establish strong partnerships with clients, leveraging your exceptional communication and presentation skills to provide tailored media solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Management
    Establishing partner-relationships with clients through active participation in their business environment, providing business solutions through media approaches for assigned brands, ensuring professional deliveries in all client dealings, managing clients' requests appropriately, taking ownership for assigned brands, and building and coaching high-performing team members as required.
  2. Business Partner Management
    Leveraging good relationships with business partners to obtain updated information contributing to work objectives, value-add to clients, or smooth campaign placement, conducting professional briefings to business partners on innovations, ensuring alignment to clients' objectives, clear documentation on all communications with business partners, ensuring best value from all negotiations across media owners and campaigns, and managing and resolving conflicts between team members and media owners.
  3. Research & Media Applications Proficiency
    Proficient in all syndicated and proprietary media applications, displaying competency in using advanced functions in each tool, able to tap into proprietary consumer insight applications or alternative sources for more in-depth analysis, and proficient in using agency's planning approach.
  4. Financial
    Assisting team members to reconcile all media payment variances of assigned brands, working with team members to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, following up with clients on ageing matters.
  5. Industry Knowledge (Consumer, Business or Brand Insights)
    Exhibiting good understanding and forecast on media/industry/brand development implications to businesses, evaluating the strategic implications of media/industry/brand developments, leveraging media to achieve brand objectives, providing in-depth evaluations or proposals to assigned campaigns, and initiating alternative resources on consumer/brand/business insights apart from industry sources.
  6. Investment Management
    Optimizing given investments or allocating appropriate investments by medium/brands, providing investment consultation to clients on appropriate budget to meet desired objectives, supervising cost management for brands across media used, master contract management, inputting on action plans in expenditure reports, and reconciling all sources of costing/investment variances.
  7. Corporate Responsibility
    Participating in pitches and awards submission, demonstrating appropriate behaviors to uphold the company's image, reputation, and credentials.
