Job Description
  1. Typing/issuing/recording of inspection reports / certificates.
  2. Data entry of client's details for invoicing purposes.
  3. Preparation of invoices for approval.
  4. Handling of phone calls and directing enquiries to the respective personnel.
  5. Assist in the sending of fax messages and emails to clients.
  6. Ensure that the information from the clients is kept strictly confidential and never revealed to third parties.
  7. Assist in coordinating daily operations when required.
  8. Keeping of necessary records required by his/her superior and maintaining good administrative records.
  9. Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by upholding good safety behavior and exercising necessary standards and processes when carrying out responsibilities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
  10. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum education SPM/Diploma or any equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years' experience in a related field.

  • Good command of English in both written & communication.
  • Computer literate – MS Word & MS Excel.
