Job Overview
Meletis is looking for a proactive and driven Business & Operations Lead to oversee our daily operations, enhance our brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about workspace management, branding, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for managing operations, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at Meletis.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of Meletis, ensuring smooth workflow and an excellent customer experience.
  2. Manage workspace bookings, virtual office services, and customer inquiries.
  3. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and security within the workspace.
  4. Work closely with vendors, service providers, and landlords to maintain operational efficiency.
  5. Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management and supply procurement.

Branding & Marketing:

  1. Develop and implement branding strategies to position Meletis as the preferred co-working space in Penang.
  2. Maintain and enhance the company's branding elements, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  3. Create engaging content, promotional materials, and campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  4. Leverage digital marketing tools and strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Targeted Customer Acquisition:

  1. Drive customer acquisition through strategic digital marketing initiatives on Facebook, Google My Business, Rednote, WeChat, and Instagram.
  2. Optimize social media presence and run targeted advertising campaigns.
  3. Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to optimize reach and engagement.
  4. Develop partnerships with local businesses, universities, and communities to expand customer base.
  5. Organize promotional events, networking sessions, and community-driven activities to enhance visibility.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, branding, marketing, or related roles.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and customer engagement strategies.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills with a hands-on approach.
  5. Passion for building communities and enhancing customer experience.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in using social media platforms, digital advertising tools, and customer management systems.
  8. Experience in co-working space or hospitality management is an added advantage.
