JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage multiple sales channels in acquisition of subscribers for multiple products and segments.
- Retail Sales - recruitment and management of Retailers network for acquisition of subscribers, maintain Astro presence in the trade, ensure adequate stock inventory.
- Direct Sales recruitment, training and supervision of a team of Contract Direct Sales Agents to drive acquisition via Events, Activities, Mobile counters, Sales Blitz and Corporate Selling.
- Planning and organizing local sales activities for Direct Sales, Retail Sales and Corporate Sales and implementing national sales activities locally.
- Develop strategies to drive growth in revenue and customer base. Initiate and implement local sales campaigns with selected business partners and drive business via CEPP and other programs.
- Develop new channels and initiatives to ensure sustainable growth in market share.
- Ensure prominent market presence of Astro through optimum merchandising at Astro Retailers touch point.
- Effective usage of Marketing Funds to develop and carry out promotion and sales activities at key market areas to drive acquisition.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors' activities and latest business developments in the market.
- Build and foster good business relations with sales channels, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a large sales team. Ability to motivate and drive performance. Planning & Organization skills.
