  2. To handle sub-sales, developer project, loan (including company loan), discharge, perfection of charge, perfection to transfer and other conveyancing matters.
  3. To maintain and update file status on operating system.
  4. Always ensure that there is a high-level of confidentiality in the affairs of the department.
  5. Attending to client, correspondences, preparing status report and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.
JUNIOR/ SENIOR CONVEYANCING CLERK(KL)
  1. Candidates responsible to liaise with client, banker, agent, developers, various government bodies and firm lawyer.
  2. Assisting lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents.

  2. Able to handle developer project or SPA, Loan Documentation and other conveyancing works.
  3. Good communication and drafting skill on SPA.
  4. Able to work independently and within deadlines with minimum supervision.
  5. Able to work as a team and proactive.
JUNIOR/ SENIOR CONVEYANCING CLERK(KL)
  1. Junior with or without working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided). Senior minimum with 3 years working experience.
