Your roles and responsibilities:

  • You'll have a hand in directing the search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy for multiple clients, and communicating with them regularly on growing their business using SEO.
  • You'll be the main point of contact with your clients and in charge of all communications with them.
  • You'll be interpreting SEO - relevant data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools to track the campaign's effectiveness and progress.
  • You'll be responsible for monthly reviews with clients and your team members.
  • You'll oversee the various campaign deliverables to ensure quality standards, client expectations and deadlines are met.
  • You'll never be alone - work with a passionate team of SEO Executives, Copywriters, and Website Developers to achieve SEO results for your clients.
  • You'll get the chance to identify upsell opportunities within your portfolio of clients, and work with your manager to increase clients' adoption of our full suite of services.
  • You'll ultimately be responsible for long-term retention of clients with us - and be rewarded for it

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on work experience in SEO.
  • Experience and ability to perform data analysis skills.
  • Strong QA abilities with an eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
