Job Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and sales forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to build business connections.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to travel when required.
